Simply fill out a quick enrollment form and you’re good to go. Then, if a covered
accident* lands you in the hospital, you’ll get up to $200 in cash per day* to pay
the mortgage, cover your bills or just make sure your family can get by. If something
serious happens and you end up in the intensive care unit, we’ll double that amount
to $400 per day*. Even something as simple as a trip to the emergency room is covered,
and you can receive up to $100 per visit*.
But the convenience doesn’t stop there. If you have a CommunityAmerica share account,
you can pay your premiums electronically and automatically. They’ll just show up
as a line item on your account statements. Plus, the first two months of coverage
is on us – no cost to you.
